Lead Physician – Neurology
Dr. Marisa Sosinsky, M.D., is a renowned and highly accomplished neurologist at 4C Medical Group.
Dr. Sosinsky knew she would be a physician from a young age. She chose biology as her major at Cornell University, where she became fascinated with neurobiology and behavior with a psychosocial emphasis. She graduated with Honors and Academic distinction, enrolling in Cornell’s Medical College, where she was elected to the national medical honors society, Alpha Omega Alpha. She was mesmerized by the functioning of the brain and contemplated becoming a surgeon until her 3rd year of medical school, when she did a rotation in neurology. She persevered through a male dominated specialty, completing her residency and fellowship training in Neuromuscular Disease and Clinical Neurophysiology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York. She became Board Certified in Neurology and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
While Dr. Sosinsky’s sub-specialty training is in Neuromuscular Disease and EMG, she maintains a diverse practice that includes Parkinson’s disease, headaches, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, stroke and many other common neurological conditions. She has formal fellowship training in nerve conduction and electromyography and performs selected nerve blocks and Botox injections for appropriate conditions.
For 13 years, Dr. Sosinsky’s approach to patient care has remained the same – family centered. She treats her patients as teammates and includes her patients’ family members in the treatment process. Some of her patients have been with her since the inception of her practice. The deep, lasting bonds she cultivates with her patients is an integral reason why she practices medicine. Neurology remains an underserved specialty, and one that Dr. Sosinsky recognizes needs support in an integrative setting in order to provide continuity of care for her patients.

Hajera Fatima, DO
Lead Physician – Chandler Clinic
I earned my medical degree at Pikeville College School of Osteopathic medicine, KY and completed my residency at Weschester General Hospital, Miami Fl. I’m Board certified in Family Medicine.
After finishing Family Medicine residency, I worked in Fort Pierce, Fl at a out- patient clinic where I delivered family health care for the people of fort pierce, port st.lucie and neighboring communities . I was involved in the long term care of all the different problems the patients had. I used a very holistic approach and one of the feature probably set me aside was that I always bring the patient into the treatment plan as an equal partner, which patients therefore feel that they are integral to how they achieve the goals of their health care and this empowering of the patient has led to great patient satisfaction and significant improvements in the clinical measures of the patient outcome.
I recently located to AZ and look forward to establishing a very patient centric practice with an ultimate goal being not only relief and management of disease but achieving the highest level of health possible in order to fully live life.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and Exercise. Also enjoy traveling, cooking, spending time outdoors, swimming, kayaking, Pilates, reading. I’m very excited to be part of 4C Medical Group and look forward to work with a fantastic team of practitioners.
