There are many groups of people, or stakeholders, involved in caring for patients in a healthcare facility. Our philosophy is to not only provide the best care to the patients, but also to collaborate with the various stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the healthcare delivery process
Our first and foremost commitment is towards our patients. We believe in treating patients they way we would like to be treated. We give patients we see direct access to our cell phones. We sit down with them and explain their situation to them in words they can understand. We treat them as names, not numbers. Above all, we try our best to establish the doctor-patient relationship that is so important to effective patient care.
Our relationships with referring primary care physicians and specialists has been one of the greatest contributors to our growth. We earn the trust and goodwill of our referring physicians by not only providing the best care to their patients, but also keeping the referring physicians involved in the care of the patient through effective and open communication.
WHERE WE WORK
We understand the importance of measuring, reporting and improving hospital performance metrics; especially in the dynamic healthcare environment that exists today. We work with our partner facilities and develop specific programs to monitor and improve on metrics such as Length of Stay, Patient Satisfaction, Readmission Rates and the quality of clinical documentation.
We partner with our payors and work towards providing care to our patients in the most cost effective manner. By using specific tools geared towards continuity of care, we are able to prevent over utilization of resources as the patients transition through the healthcare delivery spectrum. We earn the trust and goodwill of our referring physicians by not only providing quality care to their patients, but also by keeping them involved through effective and open communication.
