Dr. Gujrathi is a board certified Family Physician. She graduated from medical school from the University of Manitoba, Canada. She completed her residency in Family Medicine from the University of Massachusetts in 1999. She then moved to Arizona where she has practiced family medicine in the North Phoenix area for the past 18 years.
Dr. Gujrathi sees all patients from childhood to geriatrics. She has special interest in women’s health care and in geriatrics. She enjoys providing preventative medical care and guidance in promoting a healthy lifestyle for her patients.
Dr. Gujrathi is married to a successful Otolaryngologist and has 3 children. She volunteers at her children’s school and is involved in several charities in the Valley. She enjoys reading, hiking and dancing. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages.
