Dr. Michael Kleven
Dr. Kleven grew up in Southern California, went to college at BYU in Utah, then medical school here in Glendale, AZ at Midwestern University. He completed a Family Practice residency at Mesa General Hospital in 2003. Dr. Kleven has been with the same patients and practice in Surprise, AZ ever since.
Dr. Kleven’s specialty is family medicine. He also provides care for several local skilled nursing facilities, serves as Medical Director at The Forum at Desert Harbor in Peoria, as an Associate Medical Director for Compassus Hospice, and as local team physician for the Kansas City Royals.
