Jon Holden was born in Provo, Utah. He was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Gilbert, Arizona. He attended Brigham Young University where he earned a BS in Microbiology and graduated with honors. Jon went on to get a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Wingate University in Charlotte, North Carolina. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with
Dr. Stoeckmann is originally from the Phoenix area and received her medical degree from the University of Arizona. She completed her residency at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix. Her interests in medicine include diabetes care, arthritis treatment and preventative medicine.
Dr. Macko grew up in southern New Mexico and received both his undergraduate and medical school training from the University of New Mexico. He completed his residency at Tacoma Family Medicine in Washington state before returning to the Southwest. His interests in medicine include health maintenance, general pediatrics and diabetes care. Dr. Macko is married and has two children.
Sarah Hamal is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. Sarah has extensive experience in medical surgical, oncology and pediatrics.
