I was born and raised in Arizona and love it here. I left to pursue my medical degree in the Netherlands Antilles at Saba University School of medicine. Saba has one of the shortest international runways in the world! After finishing medical school, I completed my residency in internal medicine at Maricopa Integrated Health System. I then completed a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine through the Banner Family Medicine Geriatric Medicine program.
I enjoy the complexity of working with hospitalized patients. I have been most recently working as a hospitalist at Honor Health Deer Valley Medical Center for the past 4 years. I also get to work as a hospice medical director and pursue the rewarding work of hospice and palliative care medicine
When I am not working I like to spend time playing with my kids and spending time with my wife. I am an avid fly fisherman and enjoy the occasional round of golf. I also have my pilot’s license and enjoy spending as much time in the air as I can.
